One seen feeding on the Tidal Reservoir at Oldbury Power Station for a few minutes on January 10th before departing upriver.

 

2021 (5)

An adult was seen for just five minutes at 10:40 on Pilning WR, Northwick Warth on April 29th; One was seen in flight over Littleton Brick Pits, Littleton-upon-Severn at 06:00 on August 15th; Two south over the B4055 between Easter Compton and Pilning at 08:45 on October 24th; One on Pilning WR, New Passage on November 29th.

 

2020 (4)

One on Pilning WR, New Passage on March 20th; A immature was present on Pilning WR, New Passage on April 3rd - 4th; An adult was seen briefly on Pilning WR, New Passage on May 25th; One was noted over Pilning WR, New Passage on September 17th.

 

2019 (1)

One was found roosting on Pilning WR, New Passage on August 4th.

 

2017 (4)

A juvenile was seen on Northwick Warth 'Flash' on April 21st; An adult was present on Pilning WR, New Passage on May 13th - 14th; A sub-adult was seen briefly at Oldbury Power Station and Littleton Warth on May 23rd before settling on Pilning WR, New Passage from May 23rd - 29th; One was reported from Pilning WR, New Passage on June 3rd.

 

2015 (2)

One was seen briefly on Grebe Pond, Pilning WR , New Passage on May 15th; A juvenile/ 1st winter was present on The Wader Scrape, Pilning WR, New Passage from October 27th - 31st.

 

2014 (1)

One was watched over New Passage on March 27th.

 

2012 (1)

One was seen in flight past Severn View Services and Aust Cliffs on May 14th.

 

2011 (9)

Five, four juveniles and an adult, alighted briefly at New Passage on September 14th; Two juveniles were seen at New Passage and Severn Beach on October 2nd with one still present on October 3rd and 5th; One was present at New Passage from October 14th - 16th; One was reported over Thornbury Yacht Club, Oldbury-on-Severn on October 28th.

 

2010 (1)

A 1st winter was seen over Oldbury-on-Severn Yacht Club on December 2nd.

 

2009 (2)

Two juveniles were seen briefly on the shore at Shepperdine on April 12th.

 

2008 (1)

A presumed adult seen at Oldbury Power Station on September 6th was subsequently seen over Aust and Northwick Warth.

 

2006 (1)

An adult was tracked down the coast past Oldbury Power Station, Littleton Warth, Northwick Warth and Severn Beach on April 23rd.

 

2004 (1)

An adult was seen briefly on Northwick Warth on February 15th.

Two 1st summers' were seen roosting a shingle Island at Severn Beach on April 18th ; A 1st summer was seen over Northwick Warth on May 2nd.
