2020

JULY: Three were watched commuting between New Passage, Northwick Warth and Pilning WR on the 31st. SEPTEMBER; One was present briefly on Northwick Warth on the 1st before being relocated on Pilning WR late morning; One was found early on the 22nd on Pilning WR where it remained throughout the day. OCTOBER: One was seen briefly in the New Passage/ Pilning WR area in fields by 2nd sentry box on Northwick Warth on the 23rd; One noted at Littleton-upon-Severn on the 31st. NOVEMBER: One was reported from the New Passage/ Northwick Warth area on the 1st.

 

2019

One was present on Pilning WR, New Passage on October 21st - 22nd.

 

2017

One still present in fields at Toghill Farm, Wick on January 1st was joined by a second individual also on the 1st. Both birds present until at least March 11th; One was seen on Pilning Wetland on March 25th; One was seen in flight south-west from New Passage on July 20th.

 

2016

One was seen and photographed around 09:00 in fields at Toghill Farm, Wick (ST: 720 723) on December 17th. It remained faithful to a few fields just west of the farm until December 31st.

 

2012

On September 9th a juvenile was found on Northwick Warth at around 09:00 where it fed amongst stock until around 16:00.

 

1993

On April 24th a summer adult was found near Littleton-upon-Severn Brick Pits. It was present for just four days and was last seen on April 27th.
